How to write a word with achievements in the Steam showcase
Some games have achievements whose icons are letters and digits. Put seven of them in the “Achievement Showcase” and your profile shows a word. Showcase Maker finds the games that spell your word with the fewest purchases.
Step by step
- Type your word
Open “Achievement showcase” in Showcase Maker and type up to 7 characters: Steam shows seven achievements in this showcase.
- Choose a style
Each card is one game with its own letter style; the first card mixes games so the word needs as few games as possible. Colour filters help keep the word in one colour.
- Get the achievements
The list shows every letter, the achievement name and the game with a Store link. Steam only lets you show achievements you have unlocked.
- Place them in Steam
Profile → Edit Profile → Featured Showcase → “Achievement Showcase”, pick the achievements letter by letter in order and press Save.
Common questions
Can I put a space between words?
An empty slot is skipped on the public profile, so a space needs a blank achievement from a game that has one.
Why is a letter missing in Steam’s list?
Steam lists only achievements you have unlocked. Unlock that letter first.
Can I use Cyrillic letters?
Yes, some games have Cyrillic sets; use the A–Я filter to see them.
